Install Cline from the VS Code marketplace or download Cline Desktop. Terminal users need Node.js 20+ and npm install -g cline. Choose Cline for hosted usage billing, ClinePass for the subscription, or your own API provider; connect Ollama or LM Studio for local models. See current offers at /en/deals/cline.
Cline accounts support Google, GitHub or email sign-in. Regional and payment availability depend on the selected model service; mainland China signup, payment and connectivity have not been account-tested.
