WorkBuddy makes StepFun Step 5 Preview free until October 25 in both its China and international apps

Tencent's WorkBuddy has added StepFun's flagship Step 5 Preview to its model list with an exclusive free window from October 12 to October 25. The model normally uses credits at a 0.43x rate; during the promotion the rate drops to 0, and the context window can be raised to 1M tokens.

Tencent's WorkBuddy International has extended its free DeepSeek V4.1 Flash window to October 31. Until then, daily use costs no credits and has no usage cap. Hunyuan Hy3 is also free for a limited time.
