The briefing
CodeRabbit is picking up the bill for security scans. From October 23 to November 8, it covers Deep Scan usage for eligible organizations, up to $5,000 each, with $1 million set aside in total on a first-come, first-served basis.
What you get
Deep Scan is the whole-repository scan in CodeRabbit Secure. It reads all committed code in a repo, hunts for vulnerabilities the way an attacker would, checks whether each one is actually reachable and exploitable, and only reports findings backed by evidence. For eligible findings, it can draft a fix PR that follows your codebase's existing conventions, which your team reviews before merging.
During the campaign, each organization can use up to $5,000 in Deep Scan credits. That's enough to scan and auto-remediate most codebases.
Who can join
Your organization needs at least two members. Teams new to CodeRabbit, current and former customers, and open-source projects are all welcome. Available credits and scan limits vary by organization.
How to claim
- Open the CodeRabbit free Deep Scan page. Sign up if you're new, or log in if you already have an account.
- Connect a repository and run Deep Scan.
- Review the findings and proposed fixes, and merge the ones that look right.
The offer ends on November 8, 2026, or earlier if the $1 million runs out. A good place to start is the repository your team or community depends on most.
