#Cline#Free#Limited time#AI coding#Muse

With a Cline account, set the provider to Cline and pick the FREE-tagged Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor (model ID cline-free/muse-spark-1.3-contributor). It is Meta’s multimodal reasoning contributor variant on a rotating free promotion with a usage quota, available only in the IDE extension and CLI.

The briefing

Cline has added Meta’s Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor to its free model list. Anyone with a Cline account can use it in the IDE extension or CLI until the free quota runs out.

What you can use

The model name is Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor, and the model ID is cline-free/muse-spark-1.3-contributor. It is Meta’s multimodal reasoning model for experimentation, learning, and early-stage agentic, multi-agent, and coding workflows. Contributor is the contributor variant of this model—it is not the same entry as the standard Muse Spark 1.3, so check the name and ID when you pick it.

Free models rotate over time. After the free quota is used up, you can continue with ClinePass at $9.99 a month, or switch to Cline usage-billing.

How to use it

  1. Open the Cline IDE extension or CLI and sign in with your Cline account.
  2. Set the API provider to Cline (usage-billing), then pick the FREE-tagged Muse Spark 1.3 Contributor, or select cline-free/muse-spark-1.3-contributor directly.
  3. During promotional periods, free models may also appear under the ClinePass provider.

Free models are not available through the Cline API—only in the IDE extension and CLI. Free usage may be used to help improve model performance and quality.
